A Casual Barn Wedding at Reising Stage
Kayci & Dary | September 15th
From the bride… We wanted a simple, yet beautiful reflection of us and our life together. To us, the small details were not as important as creating a day that would allow us to enjoy each other and everyone that attended. Our dogs are our kids so having them be a part of it all was very important to us. We are pretty laid back, and neither of us is much into fancy, so we wanted a reflection of that.
We wanted an outdoor wedding with barn reception (at the same location). A place that would “allow” our pups. After meeting with Marie at Reising Stage we were hooked. The venue was still under construction, but we could see what the vision was and loved it. The experience we had working with Marie (and crew) was amazing. A stunning set up that fit us perfectly. We loved everything about it as did our guests.
I loved our entire ceremony, but saying our vows was my favorite moment!
We were blessed with perfection. The whole day was perfect and we absolutely loved every minute.
We had a short (2 ½ month) engagement, so not much time to mess around. I made it a point to enjoy the ride, from planning to partying, ENJOY IT! The day will fly by so fast, take it in, soak it up, things can go wrong, and they likely will, accept that and move on so you can love the day, enjoy each other and everyone that came to celebrate with you.
THE WEDDING TEAM
Venue: Reising Stage. We loved the setting. Dave and Marie did a beautiful job and were so wonderful to work with. Our wedding would not have been near as amazing if we had chosen a different place.
Photographer: Vanessa at Ginger Moose Photography. We wanted someone that could take control of the chaos and capture the day; she did just that. I feel like she captured us perfectly and we are in awe of the work she did.
Tables: Moore Farm Tables. These rustic tables are simply gorgeous! They fit our design perfectly and I want one for my house now!
Favors: Honeyville- yum, yum!
Caterer: CJ’s Diner | Floral Designer: Ignacio Floral
