WHY DURANGO
Coming to Durango and Purgatory to ski is our favorite vacation as a couple. Purgatory is our favorite resort and Durango is simply a special place for us.
THE DAY
The ceremony was very simple with our parents, siblings, and nieces/nephews present (and dogs). It was short, sweet, funny, and memorable. After the ceremony, we went back to our Airbnb for a quiet reception in the backyard of our Airbnb.
PERSONAL TOUCH
I was searching for a fun shoe—preferably blue with florals—but couldn’t find one that had the right color, heel shape, and ankle strap. When I found a white pair of Sam Edelman heels on Poshmark, I decided to make them my own by painting the florals with acrylic leather paint, just as I had envisioned.
