Fall in Silverton

From the bride, Nicole:
We were surrounded by the most spectacular fall colors and the weather could not have been more perfect, a 70 degree bright blue sky day.  Our 50 guests stood in a circle around us.  Violinists played as we walked around the Chuppah to Sunrise, Sunset. Our Rabbi had us write a love letter to each other without seeing them first and then he read them during the ceremony, leaving everyone in tears. The reception was a lot of fun and quite personal. My mom created a slide show of us growing up and then us together. She also incorporated pictures of each of our guests.  We did the Hora, where everyone danced around us as we were lifted in chairs (which was quite scary).

Each Bridesmaid wore a dress in a different fall color.  The bouquets tied all the colors together.

The day before the wedding, our friends made us a Chuppah out of tree branches.

I painted our Ketubah (Jewish wedding contract) by hand and had a calligraphy artist write the contract in Hebrew.

For favors, we had custom wine glasses made from discountmugs.com with a quote from our favorite song.
