From the bride:
I attended the Durango Wedding Expo and it was very helpful to have everything in one place and make a day of it. It was also nice to be able to test food, check out photographers and see all the vendors there. The deals and giveaways were great and I even won a free dinner! The other thing that helped with the planning was reading the Durango Weddings Magazine. It was nice to see real weddings in the area and the vendors that were recommended.
Most memorable moment: Our first look!
The ceremony was sweet and romantic. Lots of happy tears!
Taryn & Russell’s
Venue: FOX FIRE FARMS. This place is so beautiful and very intimate – just what we dreamed of.
Event Planner: CELEBRATIONS. Mandy is a rockstar. She kept the planning on track. She was there for us with any questions we had and made the day of our wedding flawless.
Photographer: SHUTTERFREEK. They are so talented! Such wonderful people to work with!
Cake: THE YELLOW CARROT. The cake and cupcakes were wonderful!
Rentals: DURANGO PARTY RENTAL
Caterer: Hot Tomatoes. Great people and delicious food! // DJ: Stand Alone Entertainment. They kept the party going! // Flowers: Aprils Garden
Honeymoon Location: Roadtrip! We played diners, drive in’s and dives (my favorite show). We stopped in Las Vegas and then toured the coast of California.
