An Intimate B&B Wedding
Levana & Gabriel | May 29th
From the bride: We held our small and intimate wedding at Antlers on the Creek Bed & Breakfast. The large home was filled with the sweet scent of homemade cookies and warmth. Our room for a few nights was attached to the home outside, giving us our privacy. The bedroom looked out to the gazebo, a field of grass and a pond with a small brook with the soft sound of rushing water filling the air. It was absolutely breathtaking.
I wanted a traditional white wedding. My mother is Hindu so I had henna done on my feet and hands.
A white carriage with two black horses waited in front of the Bed and Breakfast to take me down the grassy hill to the aisle.
The most memorable moment was my parents crying. My father is a huge softy, and my mother, who I have only seen cry once in my life, was weeping.
MY ADVICE
Weddings are a lot of fun and everyone should do it. Even though it’s costly, and you may think it’s not worth it, it is! Do something small and intimate, or something big and fun, no matter what, it will remain in your heart and memory.
