An Intimate Wedding for Two
Jillian & Ricky | November 9th
From the bride… Our vision was very intimate and personal in an outdoor setting. We are inspired by the adventure our love has created. Our colors were navy blue, champagne and pastels.
WHY DURANGO
We thought Durango was a beautiful area and very picturesque. We also wanted to take an adventure on our way to our wedding.
We put our touch on our wardrobes with his personalized San Francisco Giants cuff links, San Francisco Giants tie bar, San Jose Sharks socks, her personalized rose gold jewelry and tiara and San Francisco Giants garter.
THE VENUE
We fell in love with the Antlers on the Creek property. The pictures of the mountains and the fall colored trees sold us.
THE CEREMONY
We had an outdoor ceremony at Antlers on the Creek. It was under their custom arch right by their pond. It was freezing, but we were so lost in each other we didn’t notice the temperature until the ceremony was over.
Our favorite part was when our officiant Chessa Gill blessed our rings with a passage native to the area.
THE RECEPTION
Due to the weather, we held our reception in our room. It was beautiful. The room was covered in tea light candles and rose petals. A table for two with beautiful décor and music. It was so personal. The staff set all this up while we took photos. We loved how intimate it was. We had room service for every course. The staff was beyond awesome.
ADVICE
Make your wedding all about yourselves. Take time for those little things that make up your relationship.
