Exhibitor agrees to exhibit and vend only the following products/services:

Only one (1) business per space will be allowed. No sharing or subleasing. An example would be a florist providing a floral arrangement in exchange for placing cards or literature on a table. All literature, in any form, must be from businesses that have contracts with the Wedding Expo. This includes door prizes, signs, or mentions in exhibitors’ literature of other businesses that do not have proper contract with the Durango Wedding Expo. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED!

RULES AND REGULATIONS: In this contract, the terms “Exhibitor” and “Exhibitors” shall be used to refer to the below signed name as representatives of the company used in the “Exhibitor Information” section. Exhibitor fully understands that this contract is firm and non-refundable. WEDDINGS Magazine, Inc. and all employees thereof, shall indemnify and be held harmless against and from all claims, actions, lawsuits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities arising out of, connected with, or resulting from actions or omissions while performing services designated in this agreement. Exhibitor agrees to abide by all laws of the state of Colorado and La Plata County and will uphold the policies for the proper use of the event location(s). If WEDDINGS Magazine, Inc. is prevented from presenting the event herein by reason of any act of God, strike, labor dispute, fire, flood, public disaster, or any other cause or reason beyond the control of WEDDINGS Magazine, Inc. as the case may be, such conditions shall be deemed a valid excuse for delay or cancellation in the performance of such obligations at the specified time and place. WEDDINGS Magazine, Inc. shall have the right and Exhibitor agrees that the event may be rescheduled for another date chosen by WEDDINGS Magazine, Inc. in its sole and absolute discretion. The Exhibitors deposit is non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by WEDDINGS Magazine, Inc. Tear Down- No displays shall be dismantled prior to the end of the show. Any exhibitor dismantling prior to the end of the show will be fined $100.00. Booth Sharing/Subletting of Space – No exhibitor shall assign or sublet the whole or parts of the space allotted, or exhibit therein, any programs or services other than those specified in this application. All literature, in any form, door prizes, signs, or mentions in exhibitors’ literature of other businesses that do not have proper contract with the Wedding Expo is prohibited. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED! Exhibitors agree that the use of any names/emails/addresses collected at the show will be used solely by the exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees not to sell, lend or otherwise such names/emails/addresses collected at the show, to any business or individual for any reason. Exhibitor agrees that under no circumstance can the names/emails/addresses be used to promote any other multi-business bridal or wedding related show or event, including Exhibitors participation within such event. Exhibitor agrees to be held liable for any authorized use of the list and the names collected at the show. *
