Nestled high in Colorado’s stunning San Juan Mountains at 9,318 feet, Silverton is an outdoor paradise with a rich mining history and a storied Old West past. The town has 2 very unique and affordable wedding venues: Kendall Mountain Lodge and Historic Town Hall.

Kendall Mountain Lodge, located at the base of Kendall Mountain, features a grand room, and a full kitchen. With astonishing views in all directions, extensive wrap-around decks, a large stone fireplace, this is a very private setting for weddings. Best of all, this is amazing space is available year round!

Historic Town Hall is located at 1360 Greene Street. This renovated historic building offers a spectacular and elegant backdrop for your special occasion. The Town Hall Assembly Room located upstairs can be transformed into an elegant reception or service area. There is a grand piano and a beautiful hardwood floor for dancing. The Victorian style staircase lends itself well to photographs.

We had a simple DIY wedding at Kendall Mountain Community Center and it was perfect. Nice facility, great views, fun amenities in a cool mountain town.  -Nicole

Kendall Mountain Community Center was basically a blank slate so it allowed us to completely customize the day. From selecting our vendors, to shopping for all of our table décor, to deciding the setup and flow for the space, we were able to personalize every aspect. Plus, the mountain views are amazing!  -Jacqueline
